Three Sheridan Taekwon-Do students made the drive to Rifle, CO to compete at the Annual Western Colorado Tournament. This was a great opportunity to get tournament experience before the USTF International coming up in June.

Mrs. Eckert in her first tournament as a Black Belt - great job in a division that included I - IV Dans! Black Belts did two patterns, one of the judge's choice, then their competition pattern.

Nandy Crabb won patterns, then won her sparring division against bigger opponents. Way to fight smart! We don't have action photos 'cause Dad was videoing. We like those videos; they are great learning tools.
