February 7, 2011 Color Belt Promotion Ceremony

The Wyoming Color Belt Testing was held on January 29, and the promotion for the Sheridan students took place February 7 during class time.
Mr. Johnson spoke the significance of the 24 candles that are set out in a path for the newly promoted students. There are 24 hours in a day; this symbolizes a complete cycle, or one entire lifetime. The General created 24 patterns in Taekwon-Do, for the same reason.
